Whose birthday is today?

And… after this small entry in my blog with the non very “indirect” message but very direct in fact, and after changing my Whatsapp profile picture and Whatsapp status, and dropping the Word of “my birthday date” as if I didn´t know what I was talking about on my friend´s conversations…. Whoever that has not said “Happy birthday to me” YET….. better do it now….. or else hereafter forever…. Since… they will …. be…..  added….. to…… THE…..

So far, a quiet celebration, without stuffing ourselves too much, I have even dared weighting myself today… and it is Monday after the celebrations….. (and that says it all!) And well…. I still have one more week to go when I will start my very strict yearly diet which is “February” since I have so many people I know whose birthday is in January that is not realistic to start a diet after Christmas….

This year in particular, I am very happy to have a birthday (although I always am) because I thought I was 48, and just a week ago I realised I was 47!!! (I said Happy 48 birthday to a friend who studied with me at school….) so, I have gained an extra year (and quite a bit of jokes from my friends who are never ever going to let me forget it).

So, here it is, a …..(mmmmmm don’t know the right expression for the spanish “Aquí te pillo, aquí te mato”> Just select the best one from these> “Jump and dump” / “first come, first kill” / “wham, bam, thakyou ma’am”), read: a quick short reminder entry,  so that nobody has an excuse to forget it.
